TransPosition to develop new transport plan for Toowoomba Region

In a joint venture with Brian Lister Planning, TransPosition was awarded the contract to develop the transport component of the Toowoomba Regional Planning Project. This is an exciting project where we will make use of the multi-modal 4S model.


New website launched

Early in May 2009 we launched our new-look website for the newly named TransPosition.


ARRB Accessibility Forum

Peter Davidson has been invited to speak at the Accessibility Forum being run on the 20th and 21st of October by the Australian Road Research Board (ARRB) as part of their work for Austroads. The forum will be looking at practical techniques for accessibility analysis, and brings together practicioners from Australia and New Zealand. Peter will present some of the work that TransPosition has done in this area, including the work done with Queensland Transport on the LUPTAI (Land Use and Public Transport Accessibility Indicator) project, and work done for Brisbane City Council on the BUG (Brisbane Urban Growth) model.
